格隆匯3月13日丨嘉和生物-B(06998.HK)發佈公吿,董事會已知悉有關Silicon Valley Bank及美國聯邦存款保險公司(“FDIC”)的近期發展情況。截至該公吿日期,公司在Silicon Valley Bank設立的營運賬户中僅有少量現金結餘,且在FDIC承保金額內,佔公司現金、現金等價物及定期存款總額低於 0.01%(基於公司截至2023年2月28日的合併管理報表)。此外,公司現金及資產配置較為多元化以最大程度降低風險,公司銀行現金存款較為分散且已建立完善的資金管理體系。董事會認為,Silicon Valley Bank事件不會對集團產生重大不利影響,集團的業務運營和財務狀況保持正常。
