格隆匯3月13日丨再鼎醫藥(09688.HK)發佈公吿,硅谷銀行(“SVB”)關閉,並指定美國聯邦存款保險公司為接管人。截至2022年12月31日,公司現金和現金等價物總額約10.085億美元,而在SVB持有的金額佔比甚低(約2.3%)。公司的大部分現金和現金等價物分佈在多家大型國際金融機構,包括摩根大通、花旗集團和中國銀行(香港)有限公司。此外,公司與SVB沒有重大債務或其他融資安排。鑑於上述情況,集團認為SVB的關閉不會影響公司滿足其運營開支和資本支出需求(包括支付工資和向第三方付款)的能力。
