新國都(300130.SZ)業績快報：2022年度扣非淨利潤2.19億元、同比增長87.31%
格隆匯3月13日丨新國都(300130.SZ)發佈2022年度業績快報，實現營業收入43.70億元，同比增長20.98%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.97億元，同比增長47.80%；扣除非經常性損益後的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.19億元，同比增長87.31%；基本每股收益0.60元。
公司業績變動的主要原因如下：
1)報吿期內，公司收單業務和電子支付設備海外業務均實現快速增長。在收單業務方面，得益於近年來在市場渠道方面的深耕與積累，公司不斷提升商户需求響應速度、提高商户服務質量，2022年收單業務全年累計處理交易流水約2.58萬億元，較去年同期增長約31%。在電子支付設備業務方面，公司大力拓展海外市場業務，逐步在全球多個國家和地區實現產品規模化銷售及提供優質的解決方案，重點佈局地區出貨量呈現較快增長，電子支付設備海外銷售收入在去年高增長的基礎上再次實現快速增長。
2)報吿期內，公司收單業務和電子支付設備業務兩大核心業務毛利率逐步提升。其中，在收單業務方面，由於公司2021年對市場渠道、銀行合作建設以及商户端補貼的投入較多，2022年隨着入網商户數量的增加及交易流水規模的增長，同時下半年由於外部因素導致公司減少補貼投入，公司2022年收單業務毛利率逐步提升。在電子支付設備業務方面，由於海外業務毛利率相較國內業務毛利率更高，公司適時調整經營策略，加大對海外市場的戰略投入，電子支付設備業務毛利率相比去年同期明顯提升。
3)結合報吿期內公司子公司長沙公信誠豐信息技術服務有限公司和浙江中正智能科技有限公司的業績完成情況、未來經營展望等因素綜合考慮，根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》及相關會計政策規定，基於審慎原則並經初步測算，公司於2022年末擬對合並形成的商譽計提減值準備約9580.90萬元。此次業績快報情況已考慮計提商譽減值對公司淨利潤的影響，最終商譽減值計提的金額將由公司聘請具備證券期貨從業資格的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。若不計前述商譽計提減值準備影響，2022年全年實現淨利潤約39239.27萬元，同比增長約95.54%。
