廣匯能源(600256.SH)：CCUS項目之首期“10萬噸/年二氧化碳捕集與利用示範工程”已順利完成機械竣工
格隆匯3月12日丨廣匯能源(600256.SH)公佈，目前，公司CCUS項目之首期“10萬噸/年二氧化碳捕集與利用示範工程”已順利完成機械竣工，取得了重要的階段性進展。
公司CCUS項目之首期“10萬噸/年二氧化碳捕集與利用示範工程”建設符合國家有關法律法規、產業政策及基本建設程序，設備工藝技術先進、功能完善。規劃運行將以公司控股子公司新疆廣匯新能源有限公司煤制甲醇低温甲醇洗裝置高濃度CO2尾氣為原料，採用“氨製冷+低温液化精餾”的低成本碳捕集技術方案，經壓縮、淨化、低温液化精餾等工藝，生產液體二氧化碳產品，並用於周緣油田驅油。目前，項目主要動設備原料氣風機、壓縮機、氨製冷機組及低温精餾裝置等均已同步進入調試階段，至此，標誌着首期示範工程順利完成機械竣工，整體即將進入開車、試運行階段。
在我國“雙碳目標、綠色轉型”的大背景下，公司結合自身最佳原料供應、生產製造、市場需求等具有獨特核心競爭力的應用場景優勢，通過有序推進投建大型二氧化碳捕集、管輸及驅油一體化項目進度，加速實現走綠色開發、低碳利用及清潔發展之路。目前，首期“10萬噸/年二氧化碳捕集與利用示範工程”整體即將進入開車、試運行階段，預計可取得良好的經濟效益外，每年亦可實現減排二氧化碳10萬噸，相當於植樹近90萬棵；同時，可通過周緣油田預計實現原油採收率提升20%以上，預計未來15年實現增油50萬噸以上，並實現節水300萬噸以上。
本期工程作為CCUS項目的示範性代表，兼備研究、經濟、社會等多重效益，行業意義深遠。公司將液態二氧化碳產品運輸至區位毗鄰油田用以實施驅油生產，在給公司創造經濟效益的同時可為後續百萬噸級的CCUS項目提供數據和經驗支持。同時，規模化項目的實施一方面可為國內應對氣候變化提供重要的技術參考依據；另一方面能有效提升新疆區域非常規油藏低滲透儲層採收率，助力區域煤化工產業減排創收的高效發展，且通過驅油方式的轉變也能節約大量油田用水，生態環境效益與經濟效益顯著。這對公司未來的經營業績與社會效益均將產生積極正向的影響，符合公司整體發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
