長和(00001.HK)持有的聯合船塢集團向城規會提出修訂大綱圖,建議將位於青衣的香港聯合船塢連同北面政府土地,改劃發展大型綜合私人住宅及公共房屋發展,預計可供應15,075伙。
項目總佔地逾19.9公頃,申請人建議將屬於香港聯合船塢所在的南面地盤,興建私人住宅及遊艇俱樂部,包括約34幢27至48層住宅大樓,提供約10,371伙。至於北面政府土地則興建公營房屋,估計可建約10幢22至34層住宅大樓,提供約4,704伙。
