《大行報告》花旗上調太古地產(01972.HK)目標價至23.5元 評級「買入」
花旗發表報告指,太古地產(01972.HK)去年業績稍低於預期,撇除出售投資物業的核心盈利按年上升0.5%至71.76億元,較該行預期低4%,主要由於酒店業務虧損增加,及租賃毛利率下降。
該行表示,太古地產多元化的香港/內地投資組合料可帶來持續的每股派息增長,預期集團今年至2025年的派息可一如承諾有中單位數增長。
基於資產淨值(NAV)折讓維持55%不變,花旗上調太古地產股份目標價,由23.1元升至23.5元,重申「買入」評級。
