上汽集團(600104.SH)：子公司擬參設河南尚頎匯融尚成一號產業基金 其聚焦汽車電子、半導體、新能源及產業鏈延伸相關領域
格隆匯3月9日丨上汽集團(600104.SH)公佈，公司子公司上海汽車集團金控管理有限公司(簡稱“上汽金控”)、華域汽車系統(上海)有限公司(簡稱“華域上海”)、東華汽車實業有限公司(簡稱“東華汽車”)、中聯汽車電子有限公司(簡稱“中聯電子”)擬與河南省戰略新興產業投資基金有限公司(簡稱“戰新基金”)、江西省現代產業引導基金(有限合夥)(簡稱“現代產業基金”)、重慶渝富資本運營集團有限公司(簡稱“重慶渝富”)、青島匯鑄英才產業投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(簡稱“匯鑄英才”)、浙江青展實業有限公司(簡稱“青展實業”)、江西省國有資本運營控股集團有限公司(簡稱“江西控股”)、山東省陸海港城建設一期基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(簡稱“陸海港城”)、安徽國元信託有限責任公司(簡稱“國元信託”)、上海頎乾商務諮詢合夥企業(有限合夥)(簡稱“頎乾諮詢”)、上海尚頎投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(簡稱“尚頎資本”)共同出資設立河南尚頎匯融尚成一號產業基金合夥企業(有限合夥)，目標認繳出資總額為人民幣40億元，首次封閉規模為人民幣33.734億元。
其中，上汽金控認繳出資9.8億元、華域上海認繳出資1.7億元、東華汽車認繳出資1.7億元、中聯電子認繳出資1.5億元、戰新基金認繳出資6億元、現代產業基金認繳出資3億元、重慶渝富認繳出資3億元、匯鑄英才認繳出資2億元、青展實業認繳出資2億元、江西控股認繳出資1.5億元、陸海港城認繳出資7000萬元、國元信託認繳出資4990萬元、頎乾諮詢認繳出資3250萬元、尚頎資本認繳出資100萬元。普通合夥人可按照合夥協議約定進行基金後續募集與交割。
基金聚焦汽車電子、半導體、新能源及產業鏈延伸相關領域，重點挖掘自動駕駛、智能座艙、低碳出行及與產業鏈相關的半導體、信息安全等細分賽道項目。
