越秀地產(00123.HK):從未向第三方機構提供權益銷售額數據
越秀地產(00123.HK)回應銷售榜單造假一事。第三方機構顯示的銷售數據,與集團以往60%權益拿地數據嚴重不符,存在造假嫌疑。集團回應內媒記者表示,公司從未向第三方行業機構提供過權益銷售金額數據,上市公司嚴格按要求對外披露新增土地權益佔比。
日前多間第三方機構發布今年首兩個月內地房企銷售榜單,其中越秀地產首兩個月全口徑銷售金額為224億元人民幣(下同),而權益銷售金額為211.3億元,權益銷售金額佔全口徑銷售金額95%。(ca/k)
