《周末樓市》新地(00016.HK)「NOVO LAND」第2B期首輪即日沽清 周三再售171伙
本港解除口罩令後首個周末(4日及5日)新盤市場暢旺,錄約420宗成交,按周升約七倍。其中,新地(00016.HK)旗下屯門「NOVO LAND」第2B期剛過去周六(4日)首輪銷售352伙,即日全數沽清,套現超過20億元。 項目隨即加推第四張價單共180伙,包括53伙一房、108伙兩房及19伙三房,面積由279至678平方呎。最高折扣15%,折實價由423.21萬元至936.61萬元,折實平均呎價14,098元。項目同時落實本周三(8日)次輪銷售171伙,接近盡推第四張價單。 另外,恆地(00012.HK)旗下樓盤周末售出逾20伙,包括旺角「利奧坊-壹隅」周末沽出14伙,套現近8,200萬元;粉嶺「ONE INNOVALE–Bellevue」售出4伙;(魚則)魚涌「THE HOLBORN」兩日連沽6伙。 二手方面,中原地產十大屋苑錄17宗成交,按周跌29.2%。中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑稱,九龍及新界均有新盤推出,一手成交3月至今錄得逾600宗,全月有機會超過2,500宗。 美聯物業十大屋苑周末錄得18宗二手成交,按周跌28%,但連續14周保持雙位數。美聯物業住宅部行政總裁(港澳)布少明昨表示,隨著本港進入全面復常之路,市民置業決定明顯加快,3月有多個大型新盤部署應市,相信首季一手旺勢可望延續,首季樓市將呈「價量齊升」格局,預期本月一手成交可達2,800宗,二手更可錄5,000宗。
