美國航空擬削減150億美元債務 冀提升信貸評級
格隆匯3月3日丨美國航空(AAL.US)計劃削減150億美元債務,以令信貸評級可以獲得提升。美國航空近年投放240億美元提升機隊,負債比率高於其主要競爭對手達美航空和西南航空等,受高利率影響較嚴重,其債務評級相對較低。美國航空承諾直至2027年再投放120億美元資本開支,公司在2025年前要償還相當鉅額的債務。剛上任兩個月的美國航空財務總監Devon May指,美國航空未來策略是更加註重資本流動,限制開支是關鍵之一,有信心直至2025年能產生足夠收入,以支持削減債務,令信貸評級可由“BB-”提升至“BB”。他預期今年減債20億至30億美元。
