港股異動 | 基建股再度走強 券商指基建投資年內仍有較強確定性
格隆匯3月3日丨港股基建股再度走強,中鋁國際升6%、中國交通建設升超4%、中國中鐵升2.2%。消息面上,2月份建築業PMI提升3.8個百分點至60.2%,建築業新訂單提升4.7個百分點至62.1%,地產、基建相關加速回暖中。中銀證券認為,基建投資年內仍有較強的確定性。其次,地方政府土地收入温和回升,有望為年內基建投資貢獻資金增量;專項債、準財政工具將繼續對政府性基金預算支出做出較強支撐。
