吉汽(00175.HK)李書福兩會提案 倡加快實施商用車碳積分管理辦法
吉利汽車(00175.HK)主席李書福出席2023年全國兩會前夕,提出關於加快制定及實施商用車碳積分管理辦法的提案。李書福表示,中國已於2020年提出「3060雙碳」目標,在政策及市場同步推進商用車加快低碳轉型升級的同時,認為亦急需出台商用車碳積分管理辦法。
他建議借鑒乘用車積分機制,同時考慮多能源並駕齊驅現狀,以全生命週期減碳為目的,加快制定及實施商用車碳積分管理辦法,首階段宜於城市公交、物流、港口等公共領域固定場景先行實施,從而因地制宜地推動商用車碳積分制發展。(gc/u)
