《內地樓市》中指院:首兩月百強房企拿地金額按年跌16.2% 跌幅明顯收窄

中指研究院公布數據顯示,今年首兩個月,百強房企拿地總額1,207.6億元人民幣(下同),按年下跌16.2%,降幅較上月收窄13.2個百分點,降幅明顯收窄。 新增貨值方面,數據顯示,華潤置地(01109.HK)、中建國際投資及龍港國資佔據榜單前三位。今年首兩個月,華潤置地以累計新增貨值198億元佔據榜單第一;中建國際投資及龍港國資緊隨其後,累計新增貨值規模分別為104億元和93億元。 據《證券時報》梳理近期公布2023年首批擬供住宅用地清單發現,多地集中供地政策已優化,供地出讓時間跨度拉長,同時優質地塊佔比較多。 報道引述中指研究院認為,優化集中供地政策後,房企有更長的時間進行市場判斷,房企因資金壓力帶來的投資困難有望緩解。報道又引述克而瑞研究中心預計在政策寬鬆、銷售回暖及優質地塊的加持下,核心城市首輪土拍熱度會較2022年有所上升,未來土地市場大機會仍會呈現點狀回暖趨勢。
