格隆匯3月1日丨法拉第未來盤前升9%,報0.579美元。法拉第未來宣佈,FF股東已批准將法拉第未來A類普通股的授權股份增加至16.9億股的提議,並投票贊成Yorkville股票發行提議,允許發行超過公司A類和B類普通股已發行和流通股19.99%的股票。有關提案有助於支持公司FF 91 Futurist的開始生產和交付及公司其他戰略目標的實現。FF股東的批准是完成先前提到的1.35億美元的部分融資的條件,也是支持公司實現長期戰略目標的關鍵路徑。
