永利澳門(01128.HK)母企永利度假村(WYNN.US)公布截至去年12月底止全年業績,澳門業務的經營收益7.22億美元,按年跌52.2%。經調整後的物業EBITDAR虧損2.21億美元,2021年同期則錄盈利9,585.5萬美元。
當中,由於若干旅遊相關限制及條件(包括疫情檢測及疫情大流行相關的其他防控措施)導致博彩金額減少,永利皇宮去年經營收益按年跌53.5%至4.1億美元;經調整後的物業EBITDAR虧損9,655.7萬美元,相對於2021年同期為盈利9,164.6萬美元。永利澳門經營收益跌50.3%至3.11億美元;經調整後的物業EBITDAR虧損1.24億美元,相對於2021年同期為盈利420.9萬美元。
