迦南科技(300412.SZ)業績快報：2022年度淨虧損7037.76萬元 同比轉虧
格隆匯2月27日丨迦南科技(300412.SZ)披露2022年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業總收入11.45億元，較上年同期增長8.06%；利潤總額-8063.34萬元，較上年同期下降179.68%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-7037.76萬元，較上年同期下降195.50%；扣除非經常性損益後的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-7947.86萬元，較上年同期下降522.14%。業績變動的主要原因系：
(1)報吿期內，由於國內疫情反覆和宏觀經濟下行等因素影響，對公司及公司上下游企業均造成了一定不利影響。包括原材料供應偏緊，物流及人員流動受阻，部分客户項目實施延期及回款等諸多方面均遭遇了各種困難，與此同時公司繼續加大產品研發投入，研發費用較去年同期有所增加；以上因素影響下，導致業績表現同比下降。
(2)報吿期內，公司新設4家控股子公司，業務範圍分別涉及製藥信息化軟件技術、智能機器人及天津生物製藥系統裝備基地項目等，目前均處於前期投入階段，開辦籌建、市場開發及推廣等費用有所增加，也導致淨利潤同比下降。
(3)報吿期內，基於謹慎性原則，公司對各類資產進行了減值測試，擬合計計提減值損失合計約1.18億元，其中，子公司迦南飛奇因疫情影響及業務轉型導致業績虧損，公司擬進一步對相應的商譽計提減值損失約3453.96萬元，同時公司對應收的股權轉讓業績補償款約3216.40萬元進行單項認定並計提壞賬準備約2862.69萬元；公司按照以預期信用損失為基礎，對以攤餘成本計量的金融資產、合同資產進行減值處理並確認損失準備，計提壞賬準備約2001.14萬元；公司按照可變現淨值與賬面價值孰低的原則，計提存貨跌價準備約3451.61萬元。各項減值準備計提的最終金額，將由公司聘請的具備證券期貨從業資格的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
