港股午評：恒指跌0.75%下破2萬點，海底撈發盈喜一度“狂飆”20%
格隆匯2月27日丨港股衝高回落再度下跌，恒指2萬點大關得而復失，午間收跌0.75%，國指跌0.81%，恒生科技指數跌1.17%，盤初三者再度刷新調整低價。南下資金半日淨流入42.2億港元，大市成交額為628億港元。
盤面上，大型科技股漲跌參半，小米跌3%，騰訊、京東小幅走低，百度漲2%，美團、快手漲超1%；教育股跌勢不止，在線教育方向領跌，新東方在線跌超6%；蘋果概念股、建材水泥股、家電股、半導體股黃金股等有色金屬紛紛下挫。 另一方面，受海底撈盈喜大漲逾13%帶動，餐飲股逆勢走強，電信設備股拉昇，中興通訊大漲超8%表現搶眼。
板塊方面
海底撈發盈喜一度“狂飆”20%，帶動餐飲股上漲。大摩發研報指，由發佈業績支撐，料海底撈未來45天內有逾80%概率股價上升，維持目標價24港元，並予“增持”評級。公司預計核心淨利潤逾9.7億元(不包括一次性利潤3.29億元)，遠高於該行預測(3.76億元)。業績主要由利潤率帶動，反映成本控制措施帶來的經營槓桿較預期更強勁及迅速。該行預計市場將基於超預期的利潤率上調2023年盈利預測。該行的2023年淨利潤預測接近市場區間的高端，較市場預期高出23%。
有色金屬股下跌，美大幅加息預期增強。通脹意外火爆強化鷹派預期，華爾街著名經濟學家和學者一致認為，美聯儲可能需要將利率提高至6.5%以遏制通脹。上週國際貴金屬期貨普跌，黃金期貨周跌1.74%，白銀期貨周跌4.49%。
個股方面
中興通訊(0763.HK)漲超8%，世界移動通信大會今日召開，市場聚焦衞星通信。2023年MWC(世界移動通信大會)將於2月27日至3月2日在巴塞羅那召開。行業普遍認為，2023年到2024年，衞星通信或將成為旗艦手機標配。隨着手機等新興領域的大規模採用，衞星通信市場規模有望快速上升。
多重利空壓頂，金蝶國際(0268.HK)跌超7%。上週五恒指季檢公佈，金蝶國際未被納入恒生綜合指數成分股。日前預期2022年虧損介乎約3.63億元至約4.23億元之間。此外，2月23日南下資金淨賣出公司472.90萬股，且錄得連續3日減持。
中國心連心化肥跌超8%，4日回撤15%。上週五恒指季檢顯示，公司未獲納入恒生綜合指數。日前發改委文件提到了要保持化肥合理進銷差價，主動讓利於農民。另外，文件還明確了淨化化肥市場經營環境，各地市場監管部門要加大化肥市場監管力度。
