《大行報告》摩通:預算案對地產商影響微 料新地(00016.HK)較受惠
摩根大通發表報告指,新一份《財政預算案》建議減少首置買家的印花稅,料相較收租股而言,對地產股的影響更正面。不過,該行相信影響較輕微,根據政府估計,影響(估計少收稅款)亦只有19億元。該行指,預算案講話的重點主要集中在振興經濟、發展新經濟動能和人才招聘等方面。
該行認為,是次預算案在住房政策方面相對溫和,又相信新地(00016.HK)將較受益於新措施,因為集團有更長遠的推售管線,並有相對較低的銷售均價。
