《大行報告》美銀證券下調恆生(00011.HK)目標價至134元 評級「中性」
美銀證券發表報告指,恆生銀行(00011.HK)去年純利按年下跌28.7%至95億元,較該行預期低,主要由於減值損失較預期爲高。至於恆生撥備前盈利則按年上升1.3%,高於該行原預期3%。
該行表示,恆生去年每股派息按年下跌20%至4.1元,但派息比率則按年提升9個百分點至83%,屬於正面驚喜。
美銀證券下調恆生目標價,由140.3元降至134元,維持「中性」評級,並下調其今明兩年盈利預測7%至10%,中期股本回報率預測亦由10.5%調低至10.2%。
