變更前,中文名稱:北京鋒尚文化傳媒集團股份有限公司,英文名稱:Beijing Funshine Culture MediaCo.,Ltd.;變更後,中文名稱:鋒尚文化集團股份有限公司,英文名稱:Funshine Culture Group Co.,Ltd.。
公司證券簡稱“鋒尚文化”及證券代碼“300860”保持不變。
