古兜控股(08308.HK)擬發行2530萬港元可換股債券
格隆匯2月19日丨古兜控股(08308.HK)公吿,於2023年2月17日,公司與認購人李•宋基金會有限公司就發行2530萬港元可換股債券訂立認購協議。
假設可換股債券所附帶的換股權按換股價0.20港元獲悉數行使,將配發及發行最多1.265億股換股股份,佔(i)公司現有已發行股份約12.72%;及(ii)經配發及發行換股股份擴大後公司已發行股份約11.28%。
所得款項淨額將用作(i)償還銀行貸款及(ii)公司一般營運資金及支付應付款項及開支。
