廣匯物流(600603.SH)控股股東與寧東管委會簽署投資合作協議
格隆匯2月19日丨廣匯物流(600603.SH)公佈，公司控股股東新疆廣匯實業投資(集團)有限責任公司與寧夏回族自治區寧東能源化工基地管理委員會達成了合作協議，共同簽署了《投資合作協議》。
公司擬設立獨立法人子公司，投資建設廣匯寧東煤炭儲運基地，主要從事鐵路專用線及煤炭倉儲建設、運營業務，填補寧夏地區用煤需求缺口，實施“疆煤外運”戰略。寧東管委會將積極協調自治區級相關部門，將本項目列入寧夏回族自治區“十四五規劃”重點項目並納入政府能源儲備體系；積極協調國家鐵路集團和烏魯木齊鐵路局、蘭州鐵路局、呼和浩特鐵路局保障鐵路運力，爭取煤炭等大宗生產物資通過鐵路從新疆“點對點”運至廣匯寧東煤炭儲運基地及周邊直接用户。
本項目總投資約 25億元(含流動資金)。本項目計劃分兩期建設，一期計劃2023年初開工建設，設計年煤炭運營量1000萬噸至3000萬噸、煤炭儲存能力100萬噸；一期年煤炭運營量達到3000萬噸後開始二期建設，二期投運後，將實現設計年煤炭運營量3000萬噸至5000萬噸、煤炭儲存能力200萬噸。
本協議的簽署，對公司能源物流主業發展具有重要意義，為公司進一步整合能源物流資源、提升市場競爭力奠定堅實基矗本次公司擬在寧夏寧東地區投資建設煤炭儲運基地項目是實施“一條鐵路和四大基地”戰略的又一舉措，將填補寧夏地區的煤炭需求缺口；同時與柳溝綜合能源物流基地互為補充，在甘肅、寧夏地區形成運輸網，實現煤炭戰略儲備，調節季節差異及市場需求起到積極作用；寧東管委會將積極協調國家鐵路集團和烏魯木齊鐵路局、蘭州鐵路局、呼和浩特鐵路局保障鐵路運力，爭取煤炭等大宗生產物資通過鐵路從新疆“點對點”運至寧東綜合物流基地及周邊直接用户，可為公司煤炭儲配基地提供充足資源保障，並通過本基地增加輻射寧夏地區和周邊市場乃至全國範圍的煤炭銷量，進一步擴大煤炭銷售覆蓋區域及提升市場佔有率，為公司未來能源物流業績增長提供堅實基矗本協議的簽署符合公司和全體股東的利益。
