精測電子(300567.SZ)：擬投資30億元建“新型智能製造產業園項目”
格隆匯2月17日丨精測電子(300567.SZ)公佈，公司於2023年2月17日召開的第四屆董事會第十八次會議，審議通過了《關於簽訂﹤投資合作協議﹥暨對外投資的議案》。
公司與江門市新會區會城街道辦事處於2023年2月17日簽訂《新型智能製造產業園項目投資合作協議書》，擬在廣東省江門市新會區內投資建設“新型智能製造產業園項目”，以雙方共同新設的合資公司為主體參與土地摘牌和項目基建工程，該項目擬建設研發大樓、測試樓、生產廠房、員工生活配套等，合資公司首期投資為3億元人民幣(其中，公司出資1.2億元人民幣)，如後續涉及追加投資將根據項目實際需要追加金額，並按照《公司章程》等相關規定，將有關議案另行提交公司董事會或股東大會進行審議。項目實際項目名稱和建設內容最終以相關政府主管機關的批准文件為準。
產業園總投資預計約30億元，項目合計用地203170平方米(約304.75畝)，項目建設首期投資為3億元人民幣，如後續涉及追加投資將根據項目實際需要追加金額，各方按照各自相關規定履行內部審議批准程序後執行。擬在新會建設研發大樓、測試樓、生產廠房、員工生活配套等，利用公司在顯示、半導體和新能源領域技術基礎，在江門市新會區建設大灣區生產基地，進行新產品的集中化、批量化的生產及研發。
若該項目能順利實施，公司可以充分利用江門市政府在產業配套服務、政策補貼、資源導入及資金方面的優勢，從事新型物聯網終端核心器件、新能源智能裝備、AR/VR智能裝備及高端儀器儀表等產品的研發、生產和銷售，進一步擴大公司業務佈局，有助於促進公司的長期可持續發展，符合公司和全體股東的利益，符合公司目前的戰略規劃和經營發展的需要。
此外，通過此次對外投資，將擴展公司在新型顯示、新能源檢測領域技術、資金以及資源整合等各方面的實力，進一步提升公司行業的市場地位，助力公司進一步發展，對公司的產業佈局及未來發展具有積極影響。
