百融雲(6608.HK)2022年淨利潤預增超100%！謀定ChatGPT同源技術而守成
2月15日，百融雲創發佈2022年正面盈利預吿，預期於截至2022年12月31日止年度錄得非國際財務報吿準則溢利(淨利潤)約2.86億元人民幣至2.93億元人民幣，較去年同期增長約103%至108%。公吿顯示，公司主業營收與利潤 “雙增”及自研AI技術深度賦能金融行業數智化轉型等多因素共促盈利水平大幅提升。
據公吿，2022年，百融雲創核心業務之一——智能分析與運營服務板塊的營業收入達約10.22億元人民幣至10.38億元人民幣，較去年同期增長約39%-41%，該主營業務持續發揮規模化經營優勢，增收又增利。
其中，百融雲創智能運營業務收入較去年同期增長約140%。該業務線基於百融雲創多年來持續加厚的AI核心技術底座，同時結合雲計算等技術，不斷實現基礎算法模型的持續優化和突破，建立面對複雜金融場景的深度感知和定製化的數智解決方案。
自ChatGPT橫空出世以來，人工智能被廣泛認為是新一輪驅動科技革命和產業變革的重要力量，相關技術產業化和商業化進程不斷提速。在金融領域，百融雲創自主研發的AI智能語音機器人(Chatbot)與ChatGPT技術同源，Chatbot疊加算法驅動的智能營銷中台持續賦能銀行等金融機構，助力其信用卡煥活、財富營銷、客户維護等業務，有效提升金融機構服務準確度和運營效率。
據悉，百融雲創基於Transformer的類ChatGPT語義理解技術、語音識別、語音合成集成到軟交換系統中，提供毫秒級的語音交互反饋，從而可以在音色、情感、語速、對話層面全面擬人化，對通話者的語音識別的準確率能達到99%以上。每日進行超過億級規模的自動交互頻次，頻次規模業內首屈一指，金融AI平台的頭部效應得以充分發揮。
資料顯示，百融雲創成立於2014年3月，2021年3月在香港聯合交易所主板成功上市。公司堅持科技立身，自創立之日起突破性運用ChatGPT同源技術，內置集成了自然語言處理(NLP)、自動語音辨識(ASR)、語音合成(TTS)、語音活動檢測(VAD)的模型及方法，為金融行業提供高適配性的產品及解決方案，助力金融行業數智化發展。
