《大行報告》大摩:內地餐飲股1月「翻桌率」加快 呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)同店銷售按年升36%
摩根士丹利發表研究報告指,中國重新開放及農曆新年假期帶動客流量增加,令1月份內地餐飲業表現明顯有所好轉,翻桌率(Table Turnover Rate)回升,其中呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)旗下品牌呷哺呷哺及湊湊火鍋同店銷售分別按年增長36%和3%,對比去年12月為下跌44%及55%,翻桌率周轉加快至2.3及2.2倍,對比去年1月是1.6及2.1倍。
九毛九(09922.HK)及旗下太二酸菜魚的1月份同店收入則按年增長4%和6%,對比12月份分別下跌15%及32%。而海底撈(06862.HK)1月份整體翻桌率則按年持平,對比去年12月為下跌25%;同店翻桌率亦持平。 該行認為,在重新開放下呷哺呷哺恢復幅度最好,其次為湊湊、太二、海底撈及九毛九。
