豫園股份向復星國際(00656.HK)收購日本北海道滑雪場資產
豫園股份(600655.SH)公布,擬向復星國際(00656.HK)收購日本北海道滑雪場相關資產。豫園計劃以110億日圓收購日本項目公司Napier Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha(Napier TMK)全部股權,其主要資產為日本北海道Kiroro的滑雪場、渡假村及所有土地。再擬以4.6億日圓收購項目公司GK Kiroro Management全部股權,其主要負責日本北海道Kiroro滑雪場、渡假村的日常營運。
另外,豫園擬以45.56億日日圓增資Napier TMK,主要用於日本北海道Kiroro的滑雪場、渡假村相關營運設施的改造升級。收購及增資合計金額160.16億日圓,折合近8.3億元人民幣。
豫園股份控股股東為上海復星高科技,其為復星國際全資子公司。
