山石網科(688030.SH)：2022年度預虧1.6億元-2.3億元
格隆匯2月10日丨山石網科(688030.SH)公佈2022年年度業績預吿，經財務部門初步測算，公司預計2022年年度實現營業收入8億元至8.6億元，與上年同期相比，將減少22,694.81萬元至16,694.81萬元，同比下降22.10%至16.26%。
預計2022年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將出現虧損，實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤-2.3億元至-1.6億元，與上年同期相比，將減少30,552.61萬元至23,552.61萬元，同比下降404.53%至311.85%。
預計2022年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-2.5億元至-1.8億元，與上年同期相比，將減少30,405.77萬元至23,405.77萬元，同比下降562.47%至432.98%。
報吿期內，前三季度受防疫措施影響、第四季度受防疫政策調整影響，均在不同程度上對公司銷售人員正常開展線下營銷、市場開拓等活動造成了限制；同時，在宏觀經濟環境持續走弱的趨勢下，部分下游客户的需求出現了遞延或縮減。
此外，受前述因素影響，公司在項目實施交付以及簽收驗收方面的進度亦有所放緩，尤其是在第四季度；同時疊加信息安全行業第四季度收入佔比較高的季節性特徵，進而造成公司 2022全年收入增長顯著不及預期。
報吿期內，因上述原因影響，公司2022年度營業收入顯著下滑，對營業利潤造成較大影響；報吿期內，公司期間費用持續增加。基於對行業的發展信心，公司持續在營銷能力建設、技術創新、產品研發等方面加大投入。一方面，國內經濟形勢持續走弱，公司面臨更為劇烈的市場競爭壓力，進而需要更多的銷售人員和服務隊伍，自2020年以來，公司持續加強了營銷體系建設，但受新冠疫情的影響，公司銷售人員產能釋放不及預期，費用投入未能如期轉化為訂單收入；另一方面，報吿期內，公司對邊界安全、雲安全、數據安全、安全運營及服務、信創等業務線加大了研發投入。公司銷售費用和研發投入的增加，為後續進一步提升市場競爭力與安全解決方案能力奠定基礎，系基於中長期發展戰略而進行的前瞻性投入。
報吿期內，非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響額預計為 2000萬元，同比減少約147萬元。
