羅兵咸永道料今年香港零售業總銷貨價值增幅約13%
羅兵咸永道表示,今年香港消費市場前景樂觀,預計零售額增長13%至約3,950億元。 羅兵咸永道消費市場行業亞太區、中國內地及香港地區主管合夥人鄭煥然表示,預計今年零售額將會反彈。本地旅遊業開始緩慢復甦,估計有2,000萬遊客來港,大概是2018年6,500萬高峰時期的三分之一。零售額將受益於旅發局近期斥資1億港元的計劃,但香港的零售業在今年頭幾個月仍將依賴本地消費,恐難以恢復至疫情前的水平。 鄭煥然指,展望未來,在旅遊業復甦和人民幣強勢的支持下,百貨公司和包括珠寶首飾在內的奢侈品行業將在今年各增長約40%,而衣物、鞋類及有關製品則增長約20%。由於今年是雙春兼閏月,是結婚的好年頭,消費者對婚禮珠寶首飾和黃金產品的需求增加。奢飾品及金飾亦可抗通脹和財富保值。隨著旅遊和社交活動逐步恢復,全球市場正在復甦,甚至超過疫情前的水平。至於香港奢侈品市場將受益於全球和中國的復甦,並繼續提升其作為購物天堂的競爭優勢。香港可以進一步成為北亞電子商務部署的平台。 報告指出,香港的奢侈品零售格局因三年的防疫邊境管制而發生了變化。各大奢侈品牌都重新評估了它們的門店分佈,並縮減了在香港經營的門店數量。同時,部分品牌紛紛將重點投資轉移中國內地,或只在中國內地設立旗艦店。另外,香港與內地商品價差受匯率波動影響正在逐漸縮小,加上內地電子商務普及率上升,隨著中國內地已經成為一個可取選項,香港奢侈品市場格局變化或將持續。
