《本地樓市》新世界(00017.HK):內地資金以逾1,750萬元購旗下長沙灣商廈單位
新世界(00017.HK)宣布,旗下長沙灣南商金融創新中心高層單位,近日獲內地資金以逾1,750萬元購入,單位面積約1,118平方呎,呎價逾1.56萬元。
據成交資料顯示,南商金融創新中心在通關前後,合共錄得8宗買賣成交,共套現近1.5億元。新世界指,反映市場對九龍西新核心商業區前景充滿信心。
南商金融創新中心位於長沙灣荔枝角道888號,鄰近港鐵荔枝角站,交通配套方便,近年逐漸轉型為九龍西新核心商業區,發展潛力優厚。
