股價漲超16%!格力博創業板上市,最新總市值175億元

2月8日,格力博(江蘇)股份有限公司(以下簡稱“格力博”)登陸創業板,保薦人為中信建投證券。本次發行價格為30.85元/股,發行市盈率63.45倍,截至發稿時間,最新總市值175億元。

格力博自2007年開始從事新能源園林機械的研發、設計、生產及銷售。

根據招股書,公司的控股股東為GHHK,實際控制人為陳寅。截至招股説明書籤署日,陳寅直接持有公司5.0004%的股份,並通過Greenworks Holdings、GHHK間接持有公司70.0996%的股份,合計控制發行人75.10%的股份。

本次IPO擬募資34.56億元,主要用於年產500萬件新能源園林機械智能製造基地建設項目、年產3萬台新能源無人駕駛割草車和5萬台割草機器人制造項目、新能源智能園林機械研發中心建設項目、補充流動資金及償還銀行貸款項目。

報吿期內,格力博實現營業收入分別為37.25億元、42.91億元、50.04億元、31.78億元;歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤分別為1.54億元、5.65億元、2.80億元、2.54億元。預計未來幾年,新能源園林機械行業仍將保持穩定增長趨勢,但同時近年來行業面臨的不利因素(主要是美元貶值、海運費上漲、原材料價格上升等)在增加,導致2021年第三季度公司存在淨利潤虧損的情形。

報吿期內,公司的綜合毛利率分別為34.49%、35.10%、27.50%、25.69%。

具體來看,2019年及2020年期間,公司綜合毛利率水平較高,主要是受匯率的有利變動、原材料成本整體下降、規模化及精益化生產等方面因素影響;2021年來,人民幣兑美元平均匯率較2020年升值較多,高毛利率的商超品牌業務佔比下降,而毛利率較低的ODM業務佔比提升,公司主要原材料塑料粒子、五金件等價格均有所上漲,海運費價格由於疫情影響上漲幅度較大,上述因素均對公司2021年以來的毛利率造成了不利影響,綜合毛利率降幅較大。

報吿期內,格力博的境外收入佔比超過98%。具體來看,公司的主要客户為Lowe’s、Amazon、Costco、The Home Depot、Harbor Freight Tools、CTC 、Bauhaus等大型商超、電商以及Toro、STIHL、ECHO、 B&S等行業內知名品牌商。

報吿期各期,公司前五大客户的銷售佔比分別為74.04%、77.51%、63.16%、50.80%,其中Lowe’s 的銷售佔比分別為57.22%、50.79%、24.81%、9.31%,佔比較高。不過,隨着公司與Lowe’s 業務合作的調整, 公司對Lowe’s銷售收入不斷下降,預計未來 Lowe’s 銷售收入佔比將進一步降低,客户集中度也會相應下降。

報吿期各期末,公司存貨賬面價值佔流動資產的比例分別為41.44%、44.27%、51.95%、51.07%。公司存貨中主要以庫存商品為主,平均佔比超過60%,主要是因為一方面常州和越南兩大生產基地維持正常庫存水平,另一方面,公司在海外歐美倉庫會有適當備貨以快速響應客户的補單或臨時需求;此外,公司大力拓展B2C電商業務,海外倉庫的備貨需求也相應增加。

2022年,格力博的營業收入預計同比增長幅度為5.92%至9.91%,扣除非經常性損益 後歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤預計同比增長幅度為9.99%至14.22%。
