盛諾(01418.HK):美國客戶SSB擬重組 應收未償還貿易款項630萬美元
盛諾集團(01418.HK)公布,集團近期獲其於美國其中一位客戶Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB)告知,其已與主要財務利益相關者訂立重組支持協議,將會大幅減少其債務及使其能夠繼續對其業務及品牌進行關鍵投資。為實施協議擬進行的重組,SSB及其大多數美國企業實體已根據美國破產法第11章於德克薩斯州南區的美國破產法院提出自願預先安排的法院監督程序。
目前,應收SSB之尚未償還貿易款項約為630萬美元。根據公司獲得的資料,SSB預計於整個重組計劃過程中繼續照常經營其業務。此外,SSB表明其於脫離第11章後獲得1.25億美元之退出信貸融資承擔,以及於債務人管有融資中獲得1.25億美元,以支持其於重組計劃期間之業務。
鑑於重組計劃,公司認為SSB之提交不可能對集團的業務或財務狀況產生任何重大影響。
