酒店業:通關首日入住率增幅不大 料待五一黃金周才好轉
本港與內地昨日(6日)恢復全面通關,酒店業主聯會經理陳媛妍表示,通關首日酒店即時入住率及預訂率增幅不大,相信要到「五一黃金周」長假期,酒店的入住率才有顯著升幅,期望屆時有七、八成的入住率。
陳媛妍指,由於入住需求不大,房價上調空間有限,調整幅度約在一成以內,加上整個行業較疫情前減少25%人手,正面臨人手不足問題,亦很難請人,希望政府幫助招聘。
