戴德梁行:香港數據中心市場排名全球第四 亞太區則僅次於新加坡
戴德梁行最新發佈《全球數據中心市場概覽》年度報告顯示,香港數據中心市場從去年全球綜合排名第六位,躍升至全球第四,各項類別均表現出色。
戴德梁行香港董事總經理蕭亮輝表示,隨著香港在未來幾年擴大發展其科創產業,相信市場對數據中心的需求將持續穩健。同時,未來三年將有超過300萬方呎的數據中心樓面落成,相信也能帶動相關科企和營運商落戶香港。
在亞太區排名方面,新加坡和香港分別排名第一和第二,悉尼和首爾並列第三,東京躋身前五。
戴德梁行亞太區數據中心負責人Todd Olson表示,去年大量租戶繼續在亞太區擴展業務,超大 規模數據中心用戶以及共居數據中心服務商和開發商更加青睞二線市場和新興市場,因為這些市場的土地和電力供應充足,成本更低。展望未來,二線市場的排名有望大幅躍升。
