港股異動 | 澳能建設漲5% 與GSS Energy達成電動汽車業務戰略合作
格隆匯2月3日丨澳能建設漲5.85%,報1.99港元,總市值53億港元。澳能建設2日宣佈,與新加坡上市公司GSS Energy訂立不具有約束力的合作意向書,就於新加坡、泰國、印尼及馬來西亞發展電動汽車業務達成戰略合作,為期3年。澳能董事會及GSS Energy董事會認為,合作意向書項下擬進行的戰略合作對澳能及GSS Energy各股東有利,原因是其將促進澳能集團及GSS Energy集團各自於東南亞電動汽車市場的業務範圍擴張。
