較早時廣州市人民政府與中國聯合網絡通信集團有限公司簽署加快「十四五」期間全面數字化轉型建設戰略合作框架協議。根據協議,雙方將圍繞數字信息基礎設施、工業互聯網、智慧城市、數字政府等重點領域開展合作,全面推進廣州數字化轉型建設,促進高質量發展。
