《半日總結》恆指升90點 百度彈近7% 地產股偏好

美聯儲主席鮑威爾稱通縮程序展開，市場憧憬美聯儲今年有機會減息，納指升2%，港股早市上升。恆指高開204點，初段曾升239點一度高見22,311點，其後曾倒跌11點見22,060點，半日升90點或0.4%，報22,162點；國指升35點或0.5%，報7,596點；恆生科技指數升81點或1.7%，報4,777點。大市半日成交總額765.51億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入5.91億及10.67億元人民幣。
匯豐銀行中午公布維持5.625%最優惠利率，匯控(00005.HK)升1.3%報57.8元，中銀(02388.HK)跌1.3%，恆生(00011.HK)股價跌1.6%。地產股偏好，恆地(00012.HK)及新世界發展(00017.HK)各升0.5%及1.9%，長實集團(01113.HK)漲近0.6%。
科技股方面，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)升0.5%報110.6元，騰訊(00700.HK)升1.5%，報390.6元，美團(03690.HK)跌0.2%報179.7元，京東(09618.HK)升1.1%報240.6元，小米(01810.HK)升3.4%報13.96元。
人工智能概念熱炒，百度(09888.HK)、美圖(01357.HK)及微博(09888.HK)各升6.9%、7.3%及8.7%，金軟(03888.HK)升9.6%。
電動車股個別發展，比亞迪(01211.HK)1月新能源車多銷62%，股價升1%，理想(02015.HK)1月交付新車按年增長23%，股價升2.7%。蔚來(09866.HK)公布上月交付按年減少，早市股價跌4.1%，零跑(09863.HK)亦跌3.33%。半導體相關股造好，ASMPT(00522.HK)及華虹半導體(01347.HK)各升7%及7.2%，中芯(00981.HK)升2.9%。手機部件股舜宇(02382.HK)升4.9%。
醫藥股上升，中生製藥(01177.HK)及藥明生物(02269.HK)各升4.1%及3.5%。港交所(00388.HK)升0.7%報355元，友邦(01299.HK)跌1.6%報86.55元。美聯儲減息預期支持金價，山東黃金(01787.HK)及招金(01818.HK)各升逾3%。
