同有科技(300302.SZ)2022年度預盈1000萬-1500萬元、同比扭虧為盈
格隆匯2月1日丨同有科技(300302.SZ)公佈，預計2022年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1000萬元-1500萬元，上年同期為虧損1207.74萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤350萬元-500萬元，上年同期為虧損2024.9萬元。
報吿期內，公司實現營業收入4.7億元-5.7億元，同比增長20.23%-45.81%，增幅較去年進一步提升。其中系統級存儲業務收入約3.4億元，同比增長約80%，連續三年保持高速增長。系統級存儲產品廣泛應用於海量衞星數據處理、海量數據分析等關鍵核心業務領域，成為業績增長主要驅動力。
報吿期內，公司全資子公司鴻秦(北京)科技有限公司深扎軍工固態存儲市場，並積極探索佈局新業務領域，發展符合預期。
公司作為業界少有的擁有覆蓋存儲全鏈條產品線的專業存儲廠商，高度重視研發投入，近三年平均研發投入佔比超過13%。受益於前期的研發積累，公司擁有從芯到系統的全棧自主創新研發能力，產品保持了較強的市場競爭力。2022年，公司努力克服疫情等不利影響，連續中標自主可控標杆項目，從2021年末斬獲1.23億元集中式全閃存訂單，到2022年中中標1.02億元分佈式項目，再到年末以第一名份額中標某存儲集採項目，展示了公司自主可控產品的領先。
報吿期內，公司毛利率超過45%，實現毛利額2.115億元-2.565億元，同比增長11.01%-34.63%，實現了營收、毛利同步良性成長。公司在存儲架構、管理軟件、核心算法等核心技術方面取得突破，保證了營業收入快速增長的同時，毛利率保持在穩定區間。
公司積極推進管理模式變革，通過全面預算管理，壓縮非剛性支出，在保障研發投入的基礎上，進一步提升運營效率。本期研發費用金額約7400萬元，較去年同期增加約400萬元，佔營業收入比例超過13%。銷售、管理和財務費用合計較去年同期減少約1200萬元，費用支出合計減少約800萬元。
