立昂技術(300603.SZ)2022年度預虧2.5億-3.7億元
格隆匯2月1日丨立昂技術(300603.SZ)公佈，預計2022年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2.5億元-3.7億元，上年同期為虧損54709.61萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損2.9億元-4.2億元，上年同期為虧損60409.60萬元。
報吿期，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤表現為虧損的主要原因是：(1)受國內新冠疫情影響，全國多地實行臨時性靜態管理措施，新疆2022年8月-11月處於疫情防控階段，此期間為西北基地數字城市、通信服務業務板塊的項目實施高峯期。因防控措施嚴格，人員流動受阻，公司部分項目無法進場實施，項目結算、收款延遲，致使業務受到較大沖擊，收入不及預期。
(2)資產減值的影響。報吿期，公司收購的子公司廣州大一互聯網絡科技有限公司受核心客户需求疲軟以及行業市場競爭激烈等影響，經營成果有所下降，經公司初步減值測試，預計計提商譽減值準備1.3億元至1.9億元。此外，受“能耗雙控”政策的影響，數據中心項目取得節能審查趨緊，公司廣紙雲數據中心2019年開始建設，於2021年投產運營，因廣紙雲數據中心尚未取得節能審查，影響數據中心大客户的入駐，上架率低於預期，公司經初步測算，廣紙雲數據中心資產組已存在減值跡象，預計資產減值損失金額約3000萬元至6000萬元。最終計提的減值金額將以聘請的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
(3)在新疆政府部門的督辦下，公司政府歷史應收款項回款情況較以前年度已逐步好轉，但因應收款項金額較大，壞賬準備持續計提，對公司業績產生一定影響。
2、非經常性損益影響。報吿期內預計非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約4368萬元。主要為公司投資的元道通信股份有限公司首次公開發行股票並在創業板上市，根據其公允價值，報吿期預計獲得淨收益約3114.01萬元。
未來公司將加快推進數字城市、通信服務板塊的項目實施進度，提高項目結算效率，加速項目回款；對於歷史應收賬款問題，在新疆政府的協調下，公司與相關欠款單位已經陸續簽訂還款協議，目前還款協議正在履行中，公司將繼續跟進收款。同時，公司募投項目立昂雲數據(成都簡陽)一號基地一期建設項目已於2022年8月獲得節能報吿審查意見，目前已經開建，該數據中心項目符合國家政策導向，未來能更好地滿足市場需求，鞏固公司數據中心板塊的市場地位，提升公司可持續發展的能力。此外，公司在加碼雲計算及IDC綜合服務領域的同時，積極探索新業務，保持對未來發展的長期信心，將持續強化技術與服務，不斷增強各業務的協同效應，為長期發展積蓄動能。
