《本地樓市》美聯黃建業料今年樓價反彈5%至10%
美聯集團(01200.HK)主席黃建業出席新春團拜時表示,去年11月樓市已見底,年初至今市況持續改善,在各項條件向好下,估計今年樓價將反彈5%至10%。
黃建業認爲,今年初香港與內地展開免檢疫通關後,樓市已有所好轉,相信全面通關後,人流、物流及資金流會繼續打通,但未來樓市走勢仍要視乎發展商開價、息口及《財政預算案》政策等,估計今年樓價會稍爲回升,但未能回覆以往水平,需要經濟進一步復甦,未來纔有望升逾一成。
他提到,集團未來會加強數碼化發展,預期租金高昂分行數目將會收縮,但會繼續視乎需要擴充人手。副主席黃靜怡補充指,疫情期間集團有八成客戶都希望以網上做接觸點,因此會加快線上資源投資。
