格隆匯1月31日丨華夏幸福(600340.SH)漲8.61%,報2.9元,總市值114億元。1月30日,華夏幸福發佈業績預吿,2022年度將實現扭虧為盈,預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為11億元到16億元;扣非後淨虧損168億元到173億元。本報吿期業績較上年同期實現扭虧為盈,主要系因本報吿期公司債務重組取得重大進展,基於債務重組進展而確認的債務重組收益所致,該收益為非經常性損益。扣除前述債務重組收益等非經常性損益影響後,本報吿期經營業績仍為虧損。
