內地新春樓市成交低迷 內房物管股普遍挫逾4%-9% 綠城及新城悅服務跑輸

期結日，淡友持續反攻，恆指曾急吐574點，低見22,114(回補上周四部分上升裂口22,051-22,329)，現報22,142，急吐546點或2.4%，總成交額已達1,555億元。
中指研究院統計數據顯示，春節假期，包括滬深、長沙及武漢等11個代表城市在內的新房成交規模保持低位，較去年春節假期下降約21%。內房股今天沽壓普遍超大市，尤其是綠城中國(03900.HK)向上受制牛熊線，今天股價一舉失守4條主要移動平均線，最低見11.92元，現報11.96元，急挫9.4%。旭輝(00884.HK)挫8.6%報1.17元，股價也失守四條移動平均線(1.18-1.24元)。
藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)結束四連升，股價回吐8%報2.98元即市低位；龍湖(00960.HK)回吐5.3%午後曾低見26.25元；中海外(00688.HK)回吐近4%曾低見21.75元，結束四連升。
富力(02777.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、合生(00754.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)、融信中國(03301.HK)、中海宏洋(00081.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、寶龍(01238.HK)及美的置業(03990.HK)挫4%-8%，後者最傷，股價失守10天及20天線，最低見12.4元，現報12.74元，挫8.1%。
物管股也難獨善其身，碧服(06098.HK)、雅生活服務(03319.HK)、時代鄰里(09928.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、旭輝永升(01995.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)及新城悅服務(01755.HK)挫逾5%-8.5%，前者沽壓最小，最低見21.35元，現報21.6元，回吐逾5%，結束四連升；後者最傷報8.44元，挫8.8%。
