報告指內地新春樓市成交按年跌14% 比2019年疫情前跌逾三成
克而瑞地產發表研究數據顯示,今年春節內地樓市成交按年跌14%,與疫情前的2019年相比,跌幅達三成以上。
數據顯示,一線城市春節周成交量按年跌72%,比2021年及2019年同期較好,購房需求相對二、三及四線城市堅挺。
二線城市成交表現遜色,九個典型城市春節周成交僅為7.1萬平方米,按年跌幅28%。
28個三四線城市春節周成交量按年升13%,意味著返鄉置業初見端倪,東南沿海城市如溫州、東莞、中山及珠海等漲幅均逾五成。
