萬科企業(02202.HK)決定對“21萬科01”債券行使發行人贖回選擇權
格隆匯1月19日丨萬科企業(02202.HK)公吿,公司於2021年1月22日發行的萬科企業股份有限公司2021年面向合格投資者公開發行住房租賃專項公司債券(第一期)(品種一)至2023年1月22日將期滿2年。根據《萬科企業股份有限公司2021年面向合格投資者公開發行住房租賃專項公司債券(第一期)募集説明書》有關條款的規定,公司決定對“21萬科01”債券行使發行人贖回選擇權,對贖回登記日登記在冊的“21萬科01”債券全部贖回。本期債券發行規模為19億元,債券期限為3年期。
