A股異動丨迪馬股份創逾四年新低 房地產銷售量價齊跌 2022年度預虧29.5億元
格隆匯1月16日丨迪馬股份跌6.67%,盤中低見1.9元創逾四年新低,最新總市值49億元。迪馬股份公佈,公司預計2022年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-29.5億元左右;預計2022年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為-26.3億元左右。報吿期內,受疫情不斷反覆及房地產市場下行的綜合影響,購房需求持續走弱,房價和成交規模齊降,公司開發的部分住宅及商業項目銷售價格不及預期,量價下降明顯,且整體市場呈現走低態勢短時間內恢復不易。
