百果園集團公佈配發結果，公司全球發售約7894.75萬股股份，發售價已釐定爲每股發售股份5.6港元，每手500股，預期股份於2023年1月16日上市(星期一)上午九時上市。根據發售價每股股份5.6港元並假設超額配股權未獲行使，全球發售所得款項淨額估計約爲3.66億港元。
根據香港公開發售初步提呈發售的香港發售股份獲得大幅超額認購，相當於初步可供認購的公開發售股份總數12.2倍。香港公開發售項下的最終發售股份數目爲789.5萬股發售股份，相當於全球發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的約10%。

香港公開發售項下初步提呈發售的香港發售股份已獲非常大幅超額認購，超購21.12倍。香港公開發售項下發售股份的最終數目已增加至1216.1萬股發售股份，佔根據全球發售初步提呈發售的發售股份總數約30%。

3、 望塵科技控股 $02458.HK
望塵科技控股公佈配發結果，發售價已釐定爲每股發售股份6.5港元，每手400股，預期股份於2023年1月16日(星期一)上午九時上市。根據發售價每股股份6.5港元並假設超額配股權未獲行使，全球發售所得款項淨額估計約爲1100萬港元。
其中，香港公開發售項下初步可供認購的香港發售股份已獲輕微超額認購，超購2.4倍。國際發售項下初步提呈發售的發售股份已獲輕微超額認購，佔國際發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數869.4萬股的約1.7倍。
首次公開發售前可換股債券的全部未償還本金額將自動轉換爲1200萬股股份，該1200萬股股份將於緊接上市前發行及配發予Garena Ventures。緊隨上市後，Garena Ventures其後將持有公司已發行股本的約8.70%。
