六福集團(00590.HK)第三季在內地淨增加106間店鋪 其中82間為"六福"店
格隆匯1月12日丨六福集團(00590.HK)公吿,由於金價回升及內地疫情嚴重,縱使10月份零售銷售表現不俗及在相對上半年財年較低基數情況下,集團零售業務於2023財政年度第三季整體同店銷售增長轉正為負至-10%。黃金產品及定價首飾產品的同店銷售增長分別為-5%及-21%。
集團於第三季在港澳市場的同店銷售增長為-8%,其黃金產品的同店銷售增長為-1%,定價首飾產品則為-23%。然而,香港於第三季的整體同店銷售增長仍有雙位數字升幅,並達+13%,對比第二季度的+70%升幅,大幅放緩,主要因為金價於11月初重回升軌,使其黃金產品同店銷售增長從第二季度的+98%減少至+19%。另一方面,其定價首飾產品錄得2%跌幅。澳門受內地疫情反彈的影響,儘管於10月份表現理想,惟其於11月及12月皆錄得重大跌幅,因此其第三季度的同店銷售增長為-45%。此外,香港及澳門市場於季內的零售收入按年計錄得約6%跌幅。
內地由於疫情升温,加上金價回升,內地自營店整體同店銷售增長於季內的跌幅擴大至-35%。其黃金產品的同店銷售增長為-33%,定價首飾產品則為-38%。此外,內地電子商務業務第三季的銷售金額按年計錄得2%的跌幅,而內地零售收入包括自營店及電子商務業務的銷售金額於季內按年計則有18%跌幅。
佔比為內地店鋪總數約97%的品牌店於季內的同店銷售下跌29%,其中黃金產品及定價首飾產品的同店銷售則分別下跌26%及35%。
另外,內地店鋪包括自營店及品牌店在季內的整體零售銷售值按年計有27%跌幅,其中黃金產品及定價首飾產品的零售銷售值按年計分別錄得24%及35%跌幅,定價首飾產品包含定價黃金產品,其零售銷售值按年計跌幅為25%,而鑽石產品則有44%跌幅。
集團於第三季在內地淨增加106間店鋪,其中82間為"六福"店,24間為"福滿傳家"店。於2022年12月31日,集團於內地共有2999間店鋪,包括2,847間"六福"店、78間"Goldstyle"店、65間"福滿傳家"店及9間"六福精品廊"店。
於2022年12月31日,集團全球共有141間"六福"自營店,包括72間設於內地、44間設於香港、16間設於澳門及9間設於海外。於上述日期,連同2,775間內地及4間海外的品牌店,集團在世界各地合共設有2,920間"六福"店鋪,加上152間位於內地其他副品牌及/或產品線的店鋪,全球共有3,072間店鋪。
