迅銷(06288.HK)首季綜合收益總額增14.2%至7163億日圓 中國大陸業務溢利大幅下降
格隆匯1月12日丨迅銷(06288.HK)公佈，公司2023財政年度第一季度(2022年9月1日-2022年11月30日)綜合收益總額為7,163億日圓(較上年度同期增長14.2%)，綜合經營溢利總額為1,170億日圓(同比下降2.0%)，錄得收益增長而經營溢利下降。這主要是由於UNIQLO(優衣庫)於中國大陸的業務受COVID-19(2019冠狀病毒病)疫情下的出行限制影響，錄得溢利大幅下降。但除了大中華地區及日本以外，UNIQLO在其他市場的業績均錄得收益及溢利雙雙大幅增長，表現亮麗。GU(極優)事業分部亦錄得收益及溢利雙雙大幅增長，再度走向增長擴大之軌道。集團毛利率較上年度同期下降0.9個百分點，錄得53.1%。銷售、一般及行政開支佔收益比率同比上升1.5個百分點，錄得37.0%。此外，因擴大債券投資而增加了利息收入，以及以外幣計值的金融資產等帳面價值在換算為日圓後錄得匯兑增益，使得融資收入及成本項下錄得淨增加97億日圓。因此，集團季度所得税前溢利錄得1,268億日圓(同比下降5.5%)，母公司擁有人應占季度溢利錄得850億日圓(同比下降9.1%)。
集團為了"成為全球第一品牌"，在持續擴展事業的同時，兼顧並行可持續發展，致力於(1)生產以顧客為本的商品、(2)加速在全球開設門店、(3)構建門店與網路商店一體融合的購物體驗、(4)解決地球環境及社會領域的各項議題。尤其是海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部成為集團業績成長支柱，該分部下各個市場均大力加速開店步伐及強化網路商店業務。其中，已成功樹立品牌地位的大中華地區以及東南亞、南亞及大洋洲地區(包括東南亞、印度及澳洲各市場)，將致力維持該地位，以持續擴大業務。北美、歐洲在具備盈利能力後，今後將會透過加強營銷措施，大力推廣集團所提出的"LifeWear服適人生"理念，加速開設新門店，以圖進一步擴大業務規模。同時，為了建構可持續發展的社會，將忠實基於"LifeWear服適人生"理念進行服裝生產活動。努力追求提供優質耐穿的服裝、在減輕地球負擔、健康安全的勞動環境中生產的服裝，以及銷售後仍可回收再利用的可循環服裝。
