《大行報告》里昂降周黑鴨(01458.HK)評級至「沽售」 目標價下調至3.7元
里昂發表研究報告指,市場消息指周黑鴨(01458.HK)今年利潤指引只有1.5億元至2億元人民幣,在中國重新開放趨勢下令人感到驚訝及失望,早前預測2023年公司淨利潤與2021年持平,現時指引較此前指引低42%至48%。
該行表示,關注公司同店銷售額及毛利率表現,同時對特許經營政策頻繁改變、生產中心數量有限及小型競爭對手的崛起等感到擔憂,相應將今明兩年每股盈利預測下調43%及39%,目標價從5.8元下調至3.7元,評級從「跑贏大市」下調至「沽售」。
