恆地(00012.HK)以底價3億投得灣仔活道項目 統一舊樓業權發展
恆基近年積極擴充灣仔版圖發展,由恆地(00012.HK)其持有大部分業權的灣仔活道19至21號及永祥街22至30號項目今日(11日)進行強拍,恆地執行董事黃浩明在無對手下,以底價3億元投得項目,成功統一灣仔活道舊樓業權發展,是該公司今年首個透過強拍途徑以購的項目。
上述項目佔地約2,208方呎,現為1幢樓高6層的住宅大廈,包括7個舖位及10個住宅單位,若以可建樓面約24,228方呎計,每方呎樓面地價約1.24萬元。
據恆地年報顯示,項目將與毗鄰地盤合併發展,地盤面積將擴展至6,392方呎,可建樓面亦會增至70,790方呎。(ca/k)
