匯豐研究發表報告,首予綠城中國(03900.HK)「買入」評級,目標價16.8元。該行預測其2021至2024年的盈利年複合增長率為15%,而行業平均水平為下降10%。
該行預計,綠城中國去年的合同銷售額將下降20%,而內地100強開發商的平均下降幅度超過40%。該行認為,由於公司過去兩年拿地步伐的加快,加上毛利率穩定和營運效率提高,表現將勝於大多數同行。同時相信公司去年全年將保持穩定的派息率,而同期該行覆蓋的大多數開發商料將不派發去年股息。
